Cultivating Gratitude and Auspiciousness

At year’s end, it is a wonderful practice to remember the good things others have done and to bring in auspiciousness for the new year. Join Mari for a beautiful teaching on the auspicious power of gratitude.

Self-Healing and Transformation: a Buddhist Approach

When challenges in life occur—difficulties, emotional wounds or traumas, they can sometimes seem impossible to overcome. But there is always hope; everyone and every situation has the capacity to change. Buddhist thought and practice offer solutions that heal and transform, inside and out. In this informal teaching, we will discuss the simple yet powerful practice known as ‘The Four Accumulations’—how to increase the qualities of confidence, discipline, ‘glory’ and enlightenment.
